The Asber ARR 37 H is a two section reach-in refrigerator with (2) solid doors and 37.0 cu. ft. of storage in a 43-1/2 In. wide cabinet. Bottom mount, self-contained R-290 refrigeration holds 32°F to 38°F even in ambient conditions up to 90°F and 65% relative humidity, so product stays in the safe zone through a full service.

Stainless Steel Cabinet With Coved Corner Floor

The exterior front and sides are stainless steel over a galvanized back, and the interior is stainless steel throughout. Unlike aluminum or painted liners that dent and stain, a stainless interior shrugs off scrubbing, sanitizer, and the daily knocks of loaded sheet pans. The floor is coved at the corners for sanitation, so grime has nowhere to hide and a quick wipe actually gets the cabinet clean.
