The 2.6 liter copper boiler paired with brass fittings and all-metal internal plumbing generates continuous steam pressure with minimal recovery between servings. A dial pressure gauge on the front lets you monitor boiler status at a glance. The thermocoupled, cool-touch stainless steel steam wand monitors milk temperature in real time and shuts off automatically when the drink reaches the programmed temperature. A manual operation switch on the front panel gives you full control whenever you want to override the automatic cycle. The low-water safety system with an audible alarm protects the boiler if the water level drops too low, giving you one less thing to watch during a rush.
