The Astra STS1300 is a 1300W semi-automatic pourover steamer dedicated to producing steam for frothing milk, making it a go-to addition for cafes, tea shops, juice bars, and smoothie bars that need fast, consistent foam for lattes, cappuccinos, hot chocolate, chai, and specialty drinks using dairy or plant-based milks. The pourover design uses an integrated water reservoir, so you can set it up anywhere with a dedicated electrical circuit and no plumbed water connection. Based on Astra's reliable, modular platform, the STS1300 delivers continuous steam with little to no recovery time between drinks.

Continuous Steam from a Copper Boiler

The copper boiler paired with brass fittings and all-metal internal plumbing generates continuous steam pressure with minimal recovery between servings. A dial pressure gauge on the front lets you monitor boiler status at a glance. The multidirectional cool-touch stainless steel steam wand gives you direct manual control over frothing, so you can adjust technique for different milk types and foam densities. The low-water safety system with an audible alarm protects the boiler if the water level drops too low, giving you one less thing to watch during a rush.

The STS1300 features 1 wand, a removable stainless steel drip tray, and copper boilers with brass fittings throughout.
