The Atosa YRM0800A-261 is a 30 inch wide modular ice machine head that produces up to 800 lb of half cube ice every 24 hours. It sits on top of an ice storage bin (sold separately, with an optional bin thermostat kit available) and runs on 208-230V single phase power, so it fits bars, restaurants, cafes, and catering operations that go through ice faster than an undercounter unit can keep up. The cabinet measures 30 3/4" wide by 24 1/4" deep by 31 3/4" tall, wears a stainless steel exterior that shrugs off daily wipe-downs, and uses a self-contained air-cooled condensing system charged with R404A refrigerant, so there is no remote compressor to install.
Half Cube Ice Sized for the Glass
Each cube comes out at 3/8" x 7/8" x 7/8", the half-dice size bartenders reach for. Digital Controls with a Screwless Front Panel
A digital controller manages the freeze and harvest cycles and gives you a clear readout when you want to check on the machine. When service or cleaning time comes, the screwless front panel comes off without a toolbox hunt, and the removable air filter slides out so you can keep airflow across the condenser strong. A clean filter matters on an air-cooled machine: give the unit room to breathe and keep the condenser clear, and it holds its production rate on hot days. The unit requires a drain connection for the melt water.
Included 3M Water Filter System
Atosa ships a 3M water filter system in the box, something most competing ice machine heads make you buy separately. Filtered water means less scale on the evaporator plate and cleaner tasting, clearer ice in the glass. Plan on a replacement 3M cartridge roughly every 6 months, sooner if your local water runs hard.
