The CMA Dishmachines L-1X W/HEATER Undercounter Dishwasher
The CMA Dishmachines L-1X is a 24 in. wide low temperature undercounter dishwasher that turns out 30 racks per hour, roughly 120 covers, while using just 1.7 gallons of water per cycle. It slides under a standard counter in a cafe, deli, or small dining room, runs on a 115 volt supply, and carries a built-in sustainer heater that maintains incoming water temperature so back-to-back loads keep washing at full strength.
Low Temperature Chemical Sanitizing
Instead of superheating rinse water the way a high temperature machine must, the L-1X sanitizes with chemicals, so 120°F incoming water is all it requires and 140°F is recommended. Built-in pumps meter detergent, sanitizer, and rinse aid every cycle, primer switches charge fresh chemical lines in seconds after a jug swap, and the deliming system flushes hard-water scale before it clouds your glassware. The full cycle runs 120 seconds: a 58 second wash, a 32 second rinse, and a 30 second dwell and purge.
Stainless Steel Construction and Wash Arms
The cabinet and wash chamber are stainless steel throughout, and so is the pump impeller, which holds up far longer in daily commercial duty. Upper and lower stainless steel wash arms with reinforced end caps hit wares from both directions, and the 12-1/8 in. door opening accepts standard 19-3/4 in. x 19-3/4 in. racks loaded with plates, glasses, or flatware. Two dishracks, one open and one peg, are included so the machine can go to work the day it arrives.
Work-in-a-Drawer Servicing
Every electrical component mounts on a sliding drawer, so a technician pulls the drawer forward instead of removing panels and working blind inside the cabinet. That cuts service time and gets you back on line faster during a rush. A door safety switch stops the machine whenever the door opens, and built-in instant start launches the next cycle the moment it closes.
Pump Purging and Water Handling
A pump purging system evacuates soil and chemical carryover ahead of the fresh rinse, so wash water residue never lands on a clean rack. The standard pump drain pushes water to a drain or up a standpipe, which means the L-1X installs where gravity plumbing does not reach, and a built-in strainer on the 1/2 in. water inlet keeps debris out of the fill valve. Adjustable 4 in. stainless steel legs level the machine between 30 in. and 31 in. tall under your counter.
