CMA Dishmachines S-AH 26 In. Low Temperature Straight-Thru Pot and Pan Washer, 40 Racks/Hour, Built-In Chemical Pumps

SKUS-AH BrandCMA Dishmachines

The CMA Dishmachines S-AH Pot and Pan Washer

The CMA Dishmachines S-AH Energy Mizer is a low temperature, straight-thru pot and pan washer built for sculleries where cookware stacks up faster than a three-compartment sink can clear it. It automatically washes, rinses, and chemically sanitizes 40 racks or 160 covers per hour on a 90 second cycle, and it does the whole job on a standard 115 V, 16 A connection, so you are not running new heavy-gauge circuits just to keep pots moving.

Low Temperature Chemical Sanitizing

Where a high temperature machine needs booster and tank heaters to hold a scalding final rinse, the S-AH sanitizes with chemicals and runs on 120°F incoming water, with 140°F recommended for best results. No onboard heaters means no steam rolling into your dishroom and less heat load on the ventilation. A pump purging system clears soil and chemical carryover from the lines during the 30 second rinse, so the last rack of the night comes out as clean as the first. Each cycle uses 1.7 gallons of water, or 68 gallons per hour at full pace.

All Stainless Steel Construction

Cabinet, tank, and spray system are stainless steel throughout, including the pump impeller, which shrugs off the caustic detergents and sanitizers that eat away at lesser metals. The upper and lower wash arms carry reinforced end caps and mount on specially designed pull-pins, so your closing crew can drop both arms for a rinse-out in seconds without hunting for tools.

Built-In Chemical Pumps and Deliming System

Top mounted controls house built-in chemical pumps that meter detergent and sanitizer automatically, taking guesswork and wasted chemical out of every cycle. The integrated deliming system fights the hard-water scale that slowly chokes spray nozzles, and auto start/stop kicks the cycle off the moment the door closes, which keeps operation safe and simple for whoever is on the dish station that shift.

27 In. Door Opening and Scrap Handling

A 27 inch high door opening swallows stock pots, mixing bowls, and sheet pans that would never fit a standard door-type machine, loaded in standard 19-3/4 by 19-3/4 inch racks. An integrated scrap tray with Poly Pro scrap accumulator catches food soil before it reaches the drain, and a built-in strainer on the water inlet keeps debris from fouling the fill valve. The straight-thru layout slides into an in-line dishtable run at a standard 34 inch table height.
