The CMA Dishmachines S-C Pot and Pan Washer
The CMA Dishmachines S-C Energy Mizer is a low temperature pot and pan washer in a corner configuration, made for dishrooms where a straight pass-through run simply will not fit. Racks load through the front and exit at a right angle, so the machine tucks into a corner of the scullery while still washing, rinsing, and chemically sanitizing 40 racks or 160 covers per hour on a 90 second cycle, all on a standard 115 V, 16 A connection.
Low Temperature Chemical Sanitizing
Unlike a high temperature machine that depends on booster and tank heaters to hit a scalding final rinse, the S-C sanitizes with chemicals from 120°F incoming water, with 140°F recommended for best results. Since there are no onboard heaters, the machine produces no steam, which matters in the cramped corner installs this model was drawn up for. A pump purging system flushes soil and chemical carryover from the lines during the 30 second rinse, and each cycle uses just 1.7 gallons of water, or 68 gallons per hour at full pace.
All Stainless Steel Construction
The cabinet, tank, and spray system are stainless steel throughout, right down to the pump impeller, so caustic detergents and years of daily cycles do not eat the machine from the inside. Upper and lower stainless steel wash arms carry reinforced end caps and mount on specially designed pull-pins, letting your closing crew remove both arms for cleaning in seconds with no tools. A 1 HP wash pump drives 68 gallons per minute through them.
Built-In Chemical Pumps and Deliming System
Top mounted controls include built-in chemical pumps that meter detergent and sanitizer automatically for consistent dosing every cycle. The integrated deliming system works against hard-water scale before it plugs spray nozzles, and auto start/stop triggers the cycle when the door closes, so operation stays safe and simple no matter who is running the station.
27 In. Door Opening and Scrap Handling
A 27 inch high door opening accepts stock pots, mixing bowls, and sheet pans loaded in standard 19-3/4 by 19-3/4 inch racks. Food soil lands in an integrated scrap tray with Poly Pro scrap accumulator instead of your drain line, and a built-in strainer on the water inlet keeps debris out of the fill valve. The corner design pairs with dishtables at a standard 34 inch height for a compact L-shaped workflow.
