The CMA Dishmachines UC65E Undercounter Dishwasher
The CMA Dishmachines UC65E M3 is a high temperature undercounter dishwasher and glasswasher that packs full sanitizing performance into a 24 inch wide, 33-1/2 inch tall footprint, sized for bars, bistros, and cafes that wash where they serve. It cycles up to 30 racks or 120 covers per hour on a fast 120 second fully automatic cycle, sips just 0.8 gallons of water per rack, and reports everything it is doing on a top mounted LCD display so the operator never has to guess at machine status.
High Temperature Sanitizing with Built-In Booster Heater
A built-in 4 kW booster heater raises incoming water to a minimum 180°F final rinse, and the Safe T Temp feature holds every cycle until that sanitizing temperature is reached, so a busy stretch never produces a lukewarm rinse. The 2 kW wash tank heater keeps wash water at a minimum 150°F between racks. Because sanitizing happens with heat rather than chemicals, glassware dries fast and rinses free of residue, and a pumped fresh water final rinse delivers exact pressure for consistent results. A 6 kW booster element is available as a field-installed option for kitchens with colder incoming water.
Double-Wall Stainless Steel Construction
The UC65E M3 is built entirely of stainless steel, with double wall tank construction that traps heat and muffles sound, a real advantage over single-wall cabinets when the machine sits a few feet from your customers. The 1 HP wash pump pushes water through the system with more muscle than the fractional-horsepower pumps common in this size class.
Removable Upper and Lower Wash and Rinse Arms
Upper and lower rotating wash and rinse arms cover ware from both directions, and the operator friendly spray arm system lifts out by hand for easy cleaning at close. A large 14-1/2 inch door opening clears tall glasses, oversized plates, and small mixing bowls in standard 20 by 20 inch racks, and two racks come included so one loads while the other runs.
Pumped Drain and Built-In Chemical Pumps
A pumped drain sends wastewater up and out through the supplied 3/4 inch flexible hose, so the machine installs where there is no floor drain at all. Built-in detergent and rinse chemical pumps with prime switches meter dosing automatically, automatic fill handles the water side, and the auto drain washes down the interior at shut down, which means the closing crew flips one switch and walks away. Instant start and a door safety switch round out day-to-day operation, and four leveling feet square the machine on uneven floors.
