A digital controller with adjustable ice thickness lets you tune the slab to your preference, and the display makes it easy to confirm the machine is cycling normally at a glance.

Stainless Cabinet with a Self-Clean System

The exterior is stainless steel, which stands up to counter traffic and wipes down with the rest of the bar.
