The Coldline WFP12X20-FL Walk-In Freezer
The Coldline WFP12X20-FL gives you a 12' x 20' walk-in freezer box with the insulated floor built into the panel kit. Wall panels run 137.8" along the length and 236.2" along the depth, a 11.5 x 19.7 ft footprint, and the assembled box finishes at 90" tall with the floor down. That makes it bulk frozen storage for pallet-loads of cases and rolling racks for high-volume restaurants, caterers, hotels, and health care facilities. Freezer boxes need a sealed, insulated bottom to hold frozen product, so the floor ships with every kit and the room closes into a six-sided envelope the day it goes together.
5 Inch Urethane Panels Built for Freezer Duty
Holding a freezer down at storage temperature takes more wall than holding a cooler at fridge temperature, so every panel in this box is filled with 5 inches of foamed urethane, a full inch thicker than the 4 inch panels Coldline builds into its walk-in cooler boxes. The panel edges are tongue and groove, and cam action locks draw neighboring panels together until the joint compresses into an airtight seam, because at freezer temperatures any leak shows up fast as frost and ice buildup. Assembly needs no field foaming and no specialty crew. The finished 12' x 20' room weighs 2393 lb spread across its footprint, and the same interlocking edges let the room grow with add-on panels later.
Insulated Floor Panels Come Standard
A cooler can sometimes get away with sitting on a sealed slab, and Coldline sells its cooler boxes both ways. A freezer cannot, which is why this box only comes one way: with insulated floor panels in the kit. The floor uses the same 5 inch urethane fill as the walls, so cases, dunnage racks, and shelving stand on an insulated deck instead of bare concrete that would bleed heat into the room and frost over where cold meets slab. With the floor panel down, the finished box stands 90 inches tall, and the room works over tile, wood subfloors, or any level indoor surface you cannot anchor into.
Self-Closing Door with Built-in Heater
The 36" x 76" flush-mounted door is wide enough that a loaded hand truck or a sheet pan rack rolls straight through. A self-closing mechanism swings it shut behind whoever walks in, which matters twice as much on a freezer, where every minute of open door means recovery time and frost. The built-in heater warms the door frame so condensation and ice never glue the gasket shut, a keyed locking handle secures inventory after close, and an interior safety release opens the door from inside every time, even when the handle is locked.
White Interior and Exterior Finish
Inside and out, the panels carry a white finish that shows grime before it builds up and wipes clean with standard kitchen sanitizer. A bright white interior also makes box labels and date marks easier to read through frosty air while you are pulling product. Unlike bare galvanized surfaces that dull and streak, the white skin keeps the room looking like the clean side of a health inspection year after year.
