The Cookline CF75-LP Gas Floor Fryer
The Cookline CF75-LP is a liquid propane floor fryer with a 75 pound oil capacity and five vertical tube burners producing 150,000 BTU total. This is the propane counterpart to Cookline's CF75-NG natural gas fryer, built for food trucks, fairground stands, rural restaurants, and any kitchen running on LP tanks instead of a gas main. Seventy-five pounds of oil is volume fryer territory: whole baskets of wings, fish fillets, and fries drop in without crashing the oil temperature, and the burners pull it back to target fast enough to keep a fry station moving all night.
Five 30,000 BTU Tube Burners with Millivolt Control
Each of the five cast iron vertical burners contributes 30,000 BTU per hour into a stainless steel heat exchanger with baffles that wring the heat out of the flame before it leaves the flue. The thermostat holds any setting from 200°F to 400°F with prompt response, so oil recovers quickly after a frozen load, and a 450°F hi-limit shuts things down before oil ever approaches a dangerous temperature. Because the millivolt control valve powers itself from the standby pilot, the fryer needs no electrical connection at all: a real advantage in trailers and outdoor stands where outlets are spoken for.
An Open Pot That Cleans Like One
The open stainless steel fry pot, 14 inches wide and 19.5 inches deep, has no tubes crossing inside it, so a scrub brush reaches every surface at closing time. A cold zone below the heat path collects breading and crumbs away from the hot oil, keeping the oil cleaner for more shifts before a costly change. Draining goes through a 1-1/4 inch full port valve that empties even thick, sediment-heavy oil quickly. Two fry baskets are included, and a stainless steel hanger plate across the back gives them a drip station between drops. Tank, front, and top are all stainless steel, and the fryer rolls on standard casters, with legs available as an option, so it pulls out for cleaning behind the line. The 3/4 inch NPT rear gas connection keeps hookup out of the way.
