Four-Zone Thermostatic Control from 200°F to 500°F
Each of the four burners is regulated by its own thermostat, adjustable in 50°F increments from 200°F to 500°F. Unlike manual valve griddles where you guess at flame height and chase hot spots, the thermostat cycles the burner to hold a real surface temperature, so a cook setting up for service can dial in 350°F for pancakes on the left and 425°F for hash browns on the right and trust the plate to stay there. The cool-to-touch fiberglass nylon knobs stay safe to grip even after hours of line cooking.
