Behind its three locking solid doors, the 32 cubic foot cabinet swallows up to 1120 twelve-ounce cans or 696 twelve-ounce bottles, so a bartender restocks the speed well from two steps away instead of running to the walk-in mid-shift, and the heavy duty stainless steel countertop on top doubles as staging space for glassware and garnish trays. Rather than burying the refrigeration where a tech has to dismantle the cabinet, this design parks the whole condensing unit in a slim column at the end of the cabinet as a slide-out cartridge.

Keep in mind this is a refrigerator-only cabinet holding 33°F to 54°F, so it will not run frozen drink programs, and at 89 1/4 inches it asks for serious back bar run; the 68-inch EBB69 packs 800 cans behind two doors where frontage is shorter, and the 58 and 49-inch models cover smaller rails. The cabinet body runs 27 inches deep with the doors sweeping to 49 inches when open, so service aisles tighter than that may favor the 24-inch deep EBB90-24.
