The compartment behind the 20 3/4 inch left door holds a half barrel keg directly below a fully insulated single faucet draft arm, while the 16 inch right door covers up to 175 12 oz. cans or 126 12 oz. bottles on two adjustable wire shelves, so a single 13 cubic foot footprint runs your draft program and your bottle and can service in a tight aisle. The condensing unit is a side mounted, self-contained Blizzard R290 cartridge that is fully detachable and replaceable in the field with no on-site brazing. Unlike a conventional sealed system repair that can park both your tap and your bottle service while a refrigeration tech opens the circuit, a cartridge swap gets the cabinet pouring again the same visit. The cartridge runs EPA-compliant R290 refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential and a global warming potential of three.

Electronically commutated fan motors pull the cabinet down to temperature quickly while drawing less energy, and a full-length air duct keeps cold air moving through both compartments instead of pooling at the floor. The defrost cycle is time-initiated and temperature-terminated, so it runs itself, and condensate evaporates from a self-maintaining drain pan with no external drain or electric heater. Large capacity, corrosion-resistant condenser and evaporator coils carry the cooling load, while a high performance, auto-reverse condenser fan supports compressor ventilation and helps keep the condenser coil clean.

The back bar side is rated for 175 12 oz. cans or 126 12 oz. bottles across two epoxy coated, steel wire shelves on height adjustable stainless steel clips, so you can re-rack the spacing around taller packages without tools. An audible overheat protection alarm watches the compressor and condenser coil and warns you before a ventilation problem becomes a warm cabinet of flat beer.

Everest supports the unit with optional dual or triple faucet 304 stainless steel draft arms and matching 2-way or 3-way air distributors when your tap list outgrows a single faucet, plus 3 inch or 5 inch swivel casters with locks, 3.5 inch to 6 inch height-adjustable, interchangeable legs, and additional wire shelving for the back bar side.

The EBDS2-BB-24 is a refrigerator only, with a floor of 33°F, and it is the smallest combo in the line, with one half barrel on one faucet and 13 cubic feet overall: the 57 3/4 inch EBD2-BB-24 adds can and bottle capacity in the same 24 1/2 inch depth class, the standard-depth EBD2-BB carries more backstock at 27 inches deep, and the dedicated EBDS2-24 direct draw cabinet trades the shelves for a second keg. This cabinet runs 49 inches long by 24 1/2 inches deep and needs 44 1/2 inches of clear depth with a door open, the easiest swing in the combo family for a narrow aisle.
