The Everest ESC71R is the 6 foot member of Everest's ESC countertop refrigerated display case line, built for sushi bars, deli counters, and cafe registers that want their bestselling items in front of the customer instead of inside a back cooler. A wide single piece curved glass front shows off 2.5 cubic feet of product across five plastic trays, held at a factory preset 38°F in rooms up to 80°F, so sushi, appetizers, and desserts stay cold while they sell themselves at the point of order. The right mounted compressor keeps the condensing unit on the right end of the case, and the whole unit stands just 14 inches deep and 11 1/8 inches tall, so it merchandises without blocking the sightline between your staff and the customer.

Triple-looped, nickel plated copper evaporator tubes run from the top of the cavity to a bottom coil under the interior flooring, so cooling reaches the deck the product actually sits on instead of just the air above it. An electronically commutated condenser fan motor pulls the case down to temperature quickly while drawing less power, the condenser coil is corrosion-resistant, and a removable, washable air filter keeps the coil breathing between cleanings. Rear air intake and side louver exhaust handle ventilation, and an exterior on/off power switch sits within reach at close-down. A shielded LED bar with its own on/off switch throws bright, high color light on the product at lower heat output, so the display reads fresh without the lamp fighting the refrigeration. Staff restock through four 6 3/4 inch high sliding glass doors on the back of the case, and the doors lift out entirely for loading and end-of-night cleaning. A built-in thermometer confirms holding temperature at a glance.
