The Everest ESRF3 is the capacity flagship of Everest's ES Series dual temp line, a 74 3/4 inch wide three door upright that gives two thirds of its volume to refrigeration and one third to freezing for full operations that prep cold in bulk and keep a serious frozen reserve. The two left doors open onto a 46 cubic foot refrigerator and the right door onto a 22 cubic foot freezer, with nine adjustable wire shelves across the three sections, so one cabinet and one cord replace a separate refrigerator and freezer on the line. At under 32 inches deep it packs that volume along the wall instead of into the corridor.

Each zone runs its own top mounted, self-contained Blizzard R290 cartridge, fully detachable and replaceable in the field with no on-site brazing: a 1/4+ HP unit rated 1,926 BTU per hour on the refrigerator side and a 1/2 HP unit rated 1,670 BTU per hour on the freezer side. Unlike a conventional sealed system repair that can park a cabinet out of service while a refrigeration tech opens the circuit, a cartridge swap gets the box back to work the same visit, and a problem in one zone never takes down the other. Dial one zone without touching the other as your menu shifts. An audible overheat alarm watches the compressors and condenser coils and sounds before a developing problem turns into lost product. If the stock configuration does not match your line, Everest offers additional shelving, 3 inch locking swivel casters in place of the standard 5 inch set, height adjustable interchangeable legs from 3.5 to 6 inches, and a left hinged door option.

The dual temp configuration is the answer to buying two separate boxes; one footprint and one cord cover a full chilled program and a real frozen reserve.
