Cold Wall Evaporator with No Fans to Fail

Cooling comes from a cold wall evaporator built into the cabinet walls rather than a fan-and-coil system. There is no evaporator fan to clog with dust, no airflow to block when the cabinet is packed full, and one less moving part to service over the life of the unit. The refrigeration circuit pairs R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/7 HP compressor that draws just 1.3 running amps on a standard 115 volt circuit, so it plugs in wherever you have an ordinary outlet.

Sliding Heat Reflective Lids and LED Lighting

Single layer heat reflective sliding lids let customers see and reach product while bouncing radiant heat away from the storage well. Unlike hinged solid lids that hide everything inside, sliding tops keep the product visible and self-serve. LED interior lighting brightens the well without the heat load of fluorescent tubes, so the compressor is not fighting its own light fixture to hold temperature. The interior is painted steel, and the whole cabinet rolls on four casters with two that lock, so one person can pull it out for cleaning or reposition it for a weekend promotion.
