The Excellence Industries VF-23 is the full-size VF merchandiser: 24 cubic feet of frozen display behind one hinged glass door, 29 7/8 inches wide and 79 5/8 inches tall, with an illuminated lightbox on top that sells the cabinet from across the store. Four shelves carry a complete pint and novelty program in a single upright footprint.

A chest freezer sells from below the sight line and eats floor space doing it; the VF turns the same inventory vertical and faces it at the customer. Four shelves organize the display into shoppable layers behind the fully glazed hinged door, and extra shelves are available when the mix calls for tighter spacing. The VF-23 also includes a lighted sign box on top, turning the cabinet header into signage your customer reads from across the room.

-15°F to +25°F with Auto Defrost

The cabinet holds anywhere from -15°F for hard-packed ice cream up to +25°F for general frozen food, so it covers the whole frozen category as your assortment shifts. Auto defrost clears the evaporator on its own schedule, which means no monthly ritual of emptying the cabinet to chip ice, and the glass stays clear enough to sell through all day door traffic.

Heavy Duty Build on a 16 Gauge Steel Base

The 16 gauge steel base carries the load of a fully stocked cabinet through years of restocks and floor moves without racking. The white interior bounces light onto the product while the black exterior reads clean against almost any decor, and optional casters make cleaning-day moves a push instead of a lift.

Low Maintenance Condenser on a Standard Outlet

The low maintenance condenser resists the dust clogging that shortens compressor life in busy storefronts, stretching the time between coil cleanings. LED lighting brightens every shelf without the heat load of fluorescent tubes, and the R-290 hydrocarbon circuit with its 1/2 HP compressor drawing 2.7 running amps keeps the whole cabinet on an ordinary 115 volt outlet.
