The IKON IBB61-2G-24SD is a two-section back bar cooler with 14.16 cubic feet of refrigerated storage behind two sliding glass doors. The 61-inch body gives you room for 432 twelve-ounce cans or 324 twelve-ounce bottles while the sliding doors keep the aisle behind the bar clear. In busy service bars where two or three people work the same well, sliding doors eliminate the collision risk that comes with swing doors projecting into the walkway. Positive seal gaskets maintain the cabinet seal, and the doors include a lock and key. The exterior is finished in heavy-duty, wear-resistant black paint.

Each glass door comes with a lock and key, so you can secure the cabinet after hours or limit access during events. Behind each door, two adjustable heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves let you set the spacing to fit everything from tall bottles on the bottom to six-packs stacked on top. The epoxy coating resists corrosion from the moisture and condensation inside a refrigerated cabinet, so the shelves hold up through years of daily loading and unloading rather than rusting out the way bare wire shelves would. You can reconfigure the shelf heights in minutes to switch between bottle-heavy and can-heavy layouts as your inventory mix changes.

The compressor mounts on the left side of the cabinet where it draws cooler ambient air and keeps the mechanical components accessible for service without pulling the unit away from the wall. R290 refrigerant paired with foam insulation holds the interior between 33 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. The electronic thermostat and digital LED temperature display are readable at a glance from behind the bar, and you can adjust the setpoint without opening the doors. The interior walls are 430 stainless steel with a 304 stainless steel floor, giving you a corrosion-resistant surface that wipes clean after spills. The top is 430 stainless steel, so you can use it as a service surface for garnish trays, glassware, or speed rails.
