The IKON ISP48 is a two-section sandwich and salad prep table with 12 cubic feet of refrigerated storage and a stainless steel pan rail that holds twelve 1/6 GN portion control pans. The 48-inch body provides enough pan rail capacity for a full sandwich build station with meats, cheeses, vegetables, and condiments all within arm's reach. Two solid hinged doors open to two adjustable epoxy-coated wire shelves in the cabinet below. The rear-mounted 1/2 HP R290 compressor holds 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

Refrigerated Pan Rail with 1/6 x 4-Inch Portion Control Pans

The stainless steel pan rail runs the full width of the unit and holds your toppings, dressings, and sliced proteins at 33 to 40 degrees while you assemble sandwiches or plate salads. The included 1/6 GN portion control pans are four inches deep, giving you enough volume for a full prep batch of sliced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, or diced onions without refilling during the lunch rush. An 11.4-inch removable polyethylene cutting board sits at the front of the pan rail for slicing, portioning, and assembly work. Pull it out for cleaning or swap it with a fresh board between shifts. If your operation needs deeper wells for bulkier items, the unit can be custom-ordered with 6-inch portion control pans.

Self-Closing Doors with Tool-Free Magnetic Gaskets

Each door is self-closing and holds open at 90 degrees so you can load the cabinet with both hands without fighting a swinging door. The magnetic gaskets snap in and out without tools, so when a gasket wears out, you replace it in under a minute rather than calling for service. Behind each door sits one adjustable heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelf that you can reposition to fit tall containers, half pans, or stacked deli trays. The electronic thermostat with a digital LED temperature display lets you confirm the cabinet temperature at a glance, and automatic defrost keeps the evaporator clear without manual intervention.

Rear-Mounted R290 Refrigeration with Auto Condensate Evaporation

The compressor mounts at the rear of the cabinet where it draws cooler air from behind the unit rather than pulling warm kitchen air from underneath. R290 refrigerant paired with foam insulation holds the interior between 33 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. The auto condensate evaporation system eliminates drain pans and floor drains. The interior floor is 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance where spills collect, with aluminum back walls and ABS side walls and door backs. The exterior is 430 stainless steel. Four 2.5-inch swivel casters with two front brakes let you roll the unit out for cleaning and lock it in place for service. Power runs on 115V/60/1 with a NEMA 5-15P plug and a 10-foot cord.
