The Kromo HOOD-110-USA Hood-Type Dishwasher processes up to 30 racks per hour with hot water supply, giving your restaurant, hotel, or institutional kitchen the throughput to keep pace with peak service. The double skin hood design keeps noise at 66.4 dB, noticeably quieter than single-wall units that transmit pump and spray noise directly into your dish room. Two wash cycles (120 and 180 seconds) let you match the cycle time to the soil level: a quick 120-second cycle for glasses and lightly soiled plates, and a longer 180-second cycle for baked-on grease and heavy dinner service loads. The hood-operated start/stop means the machine begins automatically when you close the hood and stops when you open it, so your dishwasher operator never has to search for a button with wet hands.

Triple Pump Protection and Split Wash/Rinse Arms

The overflow and drain pipes form an integrated system that provides triple protection for the wash pump, preventing debris from damaging the pump motor and extending the machine's service life. Split stainless steel wash and rinse arms separate the wash water circuit from the rinse water circuit, which prevents contaminated wash water from diluting your clean rinse. The pressed sloped sump directs food particles toward the double sump filter and pump filter, keeping the wash water cleaner for longer between drain cycles. A standard drain pump with a maximum head of 31.5 inches handles discharge even when your floor drain is not directly beneath the machine.
