It produces up to 605 lb of dice ice per 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water (509 lb at 90°F air and 70°F water), and because it is a machine head with no bin attached, you match it to a D400 or D570 storage bin instead of accepting a fixed cabinet reserve. It also runs more efficiently than its air-cooled twin, drawing 4.11 kWh per 100 lb of ice versus 4.77, in exchange for 135 gal of condenser water per 100 lb of ice. If daily demand runs past this head's pace, the sibling IDP0800W builds 150 lb more ice per day from the same width, and the IDP0600A is the air-cooled version of this same machine. Plan on a 115V/60/1 or 230V/60/1 circuit, separate ice-making and condenser water lines, a 3/4 in. bin drain, and 8 in. of top and side clearance; the storage bin is sold separately.
