The Manitowoc UYP0310W is the water-cooled version of the flagship NEO half-dice undercounter machine, built for hot kitchens and enclosed bar wells where an air-cooled condenser would fight the room all shift. It produces up to 310 lb of half-dice ice per 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water, and because the condenser rejects heat to the water line instead of the air, it holds 290 lb of daily output even at the hot 90°F rating point, the best hot-room recovery in the NEO undercounter family. The removable 119 lb storage bin below holds a deep working reserve for back-to-back seatings. Water cooling draws 4.66 kWh per 100 lb of ice, the lowest energy use in the 30 in. NEO cabinet, though it consumes 160 gal of condenser water per 100 lb, so it belongs where water is cheap and ambient heat is the enemy rather than in water-restricted municipalities. Plan on a standard 115V outlet, separate 3/8 in. ice-making and condenser water lines, and drains for both; an 8 ft cord with a standard plug completes the hookup.
