The 21.4 cu ft cabinet runs at -10°F to 0°F under forced air across 3 adjustable stainless shelves, and the LED interior lighting brightens the merchandise without adding the heat load that fluorescent strips put on the cabinet's BTU calculation. Door locks are standard, so the unit doubles as inventory storage when the operation isn't actively merchandising.
Top-Mount Compressor and Forced-Air Plenum
The top-mount compressor pulls heat exhaust upward and away from product, which is the right configuration for grocery and c-store layouts where the floor in front of the unit is high-traffic and a bottom-mount exhaust would blow warm air at customers' feet. An air plenum runs across the back wall to distribute cold evenly from top to bottom of the cabinet, so a half-gallon of ice cream on the bottom shelf stays as cold as one on the eye-level shelf.
