The Migali C-GF25-HC Glass Mug Froster
The Migali C-GF25-HC is a 25-inch glass door froster freezer sized for bars, restaurants, sports venues, and any operation that frosts beer mugs, cocktail glasses, or shot glasses to a -5°F-to-2°F finish. The 4.1 cu ft cabinet runs forced-air cold across 4 stainless wire shelves, and the sliding glass doors save the floor space you'd otherwise lose to swinging hinges. A black corrosion-resistant steel exterior stands up to the moisture and saltwater of bar service, with a stainless steel interior and stainless top for the parts that touch product.
-5°F to 2°F Frost Range with Forced-Air Refrigeration
The temperature range is set specifically to ice-frost the inside of glassware in minutes. Too cold and the glass cracks under thermal shock, too warm and the frost doesn't form. The forced-air evaporator pulls cold across every shelf, so glasses on the back row finish at the same time as glasses on the front row. R290 natural hydrocarbon refrigerant runs cleaner than legacy HFCs and meets DOE 2017 commercial refrigeration efficiency rules. The 1/3 HP side-mount compressor draws 1.3 amps off a standard 115V Nema 5-15P plug.
Sliding Glass door for Bar-Floor Use
The sliding glass door opens straight without swinging into traffic, which matters in tight bar-back layouts where a swinging door would catch a bartender's hip. Safety-grip handles let wet hands open the cabinet between rounds without slipping. Leveling feet let the unit level on uneven bar mat or floor, and casters are available as an optional accessory if you need to roll the unit between locations during private events.
Black-Steel Bar-Service Exterior
The exterior is black corrosion-resistant steel. Chosen because bar service is wet, and stainless steel develops surface rust around the bottom kicker after a few thousand mat rinses. The black powder-coat hides drink rings, lime-juice splashes, and the daily mop-water exposure that would mottle a stainless finish. Where it matters. Interior food contact and the top surface. The box uses stainless. 4 stainless wire shelves let you stack glasses in rows or pull a shelf for tall pilsner pours.
