This Omcan large stuffing horn is a stainless steel horn, mounted on a flat base plate, used to apply elastic meat netting to boneless and semi-boneless cuts of meat. Load the netting over the 5 inch front opening, then push the meat through from the wide 13.5 inch rear opening so it comes out netted. Netted meat shrinks less. The large horn is 32 inches long with a 12 inch expansion and takes netting sizes 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, so match the horn to the netting you stock. Small and medium horns, items 10472 and 10471, cover the rest of the range; the three sizes together take netting sizes 12 through 28.
