The Omcan 11014 Meat Grinder
The Omcan 11014 is the largest manual grinder in this series at #32, with the widest throat opening and heaviest cast iron body. The #32 size is the standard for serious manual grinding operations: custom butcher shops, game processing facilities, and sausage-making kitchens that want the control of hand-cranked grinding with the throughput to handle substantial batches. The larger auger and plate move more meat per crank rotation than smaller models, so you can grind through a full batch of venison, pork shoulder, or beef chuck without the fatigue that builds up quickly on undersized grinders.
Cast Iron Construction with 3/16" Machine Plate
The entire body, auger, and housing are cast iron, which provides the weight and rigidity needed to grind meat smoothly without the body flexing or shifting on the table. Cast iron also retains cold temperature better than aluminum or plastic housings, which helps keep ground meat at a safe temperature during processing. Each grinder comes with a 3/16" machine plate, which produces a medium grind suitable for most sausage recipes, burger patties, and general ground meat applications. Additional plates in finer or coarser sizes can be purchased separately to match specific recipes. The plated finish resists surface corrosion and cleans up easily with warm soapy water after each use.
