It makes a flat dough sheet 280 mm wide, the sfoglia width for the PM-IT-0025 and PM-IT-0025-T machines, with adjustable sheet thickness. It fits Omcan pasta machine items 16643, 13236 and 13440, the Avancini La Pastaia TR110, and is part of Omcan's TR110 / TRD110 pasta die range. The same adjustable-thickness sfoglia die comes in other widths for Omcan's other pasta machines, 160 mm (PM-IT-0004), 180 mm (PM-IT-0008), 230 mm (PM-IT-0015) and 380 mm (PM-IT-0080), under separate item numbers.
