This Omcan Elite Series work table puts a 96 by 30 inch 18 gauge 430 stainless steel flat top over a galvanized undershelf, a working surface for prep, portioning and packing. The top is rated for a load of 1598.4 lb (725 kg). The table stands 34 inches high. Measure your wall run and aisle clearance against the 96 inch width before ordering. The table ships knocked down: the six galvanized legs and the undershelf go together on site with the leg clamps and the eight set screws supplied, so the table is assembled where it will work.
18-Gauge 430 Stainless Steel Flat Top
The work surface is 18 gauge type 430 stainless steel. The top is flat with no backsplash; The same 96 by 30 inch table with a 4 inch backsplash is a separate item, 23807. The table is designed and finished for commercial use, and minor surface marks such as dimples, scratches, scuffs and indents are normal on products of this nature.
Galvanized Undershelf on Rolled Die Cast Leg Clamps
Below the top, a galvanized steel undershelf gives you a second level for storage. The shelf mounts on rolled die cast leg clamps. If the shelf ever needs replacing, the matching 96 by 30 inch galvanized undershelf is available separately as item 17628.
Bolted Support Channels and Set Screw Legs
The support channels under the top are secured with a bolt and acorn style nut. Each of the six galvanized legs is secured with a single set screw. To assemble, the legs and undershelf assembly are inserted into the gussets, the set screws tightened, and the table turned upright and levelled by adjusting the plastic bullet feet; silicone sealer for the set screws is not included. Optional stainless steel bullet feet (item 39313) and adjustable bullet feet with a plastic inside and stainless steel outside (item 23520) are listed separately, as are 5 inch casters with brake (item 14395) and without brake (item 47599), a galvanized leg brace for the 30 by 96 inch table (item 39388) and a drawer for 30 inch work tables (item 24579).
