The table ships unassembled: the six legs seat in corner leg clamps and are held with set screws, and the legs and undershelf fit into gussets under the top, so plan for assembly on site.
18-Gauge 430 Stainless Steel Flat Top
The work surface is 18-gauge type 430 stainless steel, a durable, easy-to-clean surface for food prep and daily kitchen tasks. The top arrives under a protective plastic film that comes off once the table is assembled and leveled. This is the flat-top version with no backsplash; Omcan lists the same 30 by 84 inch size with a 4 inch backsplash separately as item 22091.
Galvanized Undershelf on Welded V Pipe Leg Supports
Below the top, a galvanized steel undershelf adds a second level of storage. The shelf is reinforced with welded V pipe leg supports for added stability. If the shelf is ever damaged, a matching replacement is available separately under item 22106.
Bolted Support Channels and Set Screw Legs
The support channels under the top are secured with a bolt and acorn style nut for added stability. Each of the six galvanized legs is held in its corner leg clamp by a single set screw; installations that must meet sanitation certification require those set screws to be filled with an approved silicone sealer, which is not included. Plastic bullet feet on the legs adjust to level the table on an uneven floor. Optional stainless steel bullet feet, item 39313, and a plastic-in-stainless combination foot, item 23520, are available separately, along with a galvanized leg brace, item 39387, a drawer for 30 inch work tables, item 24579, and 5 inch casters with or without a brake, items 14395 and 47599.
