The Omcan 22124 Pre-Rinse Faucet
This Omcan pre-rinse assembly mounts on the wall behind your dish table or sink and rinses food soil off plates, sheet pans, and hotel pans before they go into the dish machine. Hot and cold valves sit on 8 inch centers, a 20 inch brass riser carries the mix upward, and a 44 inch flexible stainless steel hose gives the spray head reach across the sink. The spray valve is rated at 2 gallons per minute. An add-on faucet with a 12-1/2 inch spout rides the same body, so the one set of supply connections also fills pots and rinses the basin. The wall-mount kit is included, and the listed material is 18 gauge 430 stainless steel.
Wall Mount Body on 8 Inch Centers
The mixing valve mounts on 8 inch center supply connections. Its pipe nipples pass through the backsplash, and a washer and nut on the back side of the backsplash snug the body in place, so the sink ledge stays clear of hardware.
20 Inch Brass Riser with 44 Inch Flexible Stainless Steel Hose
A 20 inch brass riser bar threads into the mixing valve and a hose retainer at its top carries the 44 inch flexible stainless steel spray hose. A hose spring guides the hose where it leaves the retainer, and a spray valve retainer with an upward hook clamps about halfway up the riser to hold the spray valve over the sink between uses. A 12 inch wall bracket, made up of a base, rod and clamp, ties the riser to the wall just below the hose retainer so the assembly is braced.
2 GPM Spray Valve with Check Valve
The spray valve meters flow at 2 gallons per minute. A check valve prevents cross-flow between the hot and cold supply lines. A replacement spray valve is available as item 23518.
12-1/2 Inch Add-On Faucet Included
The included add-on faucet puts a 12-1/2 inch spout on the same wall connection that feeds the spray head, so the station fills pots and rinses the basin as well as pre-rinsing dishes. The faucet's hot and cold cartridges (items 27226 and 27330) replace independently of the main valve cartridges.
Low Lead Faucet
The faucet is a low lead faucet with less than 0.25 percent lead content.
Replacement Cartridges Keep It in Service
The hot and cold valve cartridges swap out individually, item 28680 for the hot side and item 28681 for the cold, so a dripping valve is a cartridge change instead of a whole new assembly.
