Ten Welded Angle Slides on 6-Inch Spacing

The slides are angle rails welded to the two side frames, ten per side, spaced 6 inches (152 mm) apart. The rack is rated for 54 lb (24.5 kg) per shelf and 770 lb (350 kg) total load.

Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Frame

Omcan's pan racks are heavy duty, in stainless steel or aluminum, with welded angle slides; this model is the stainless steel square top version. On the knock down frame, the two slide frames are joined by three Z mounting brackets with M8 and M10 hex bolts, U washers, and nuts that ship with the rack.

Square Top, 71 Inches Tall

The frame has a square top and measures 26-3/4 x 21-1/4 x 71 inches overall (679.5 x 539.8 x 1803 mm); the rack weighs 44 lb. The same frame size is available with 20 slides on 3 inch spacing as item 23834 (square top) and item 23857 (curved top).

5-Inch Heavy-Duty Casters and Knock Down Assembly

The rack comes complete with 5 inch heavy-duty casters: four swivel casters, two of them with brakes, which fit into the bottom ends of the side frames. Assembly takes four steps: bolt the Z mounting brackets to one side frame, add the second side frame, fit the casters and the bottom bracket, then stand the rack up and tighten all bolts. A clear nylon rack cover (item 18633) and a PVC rubber net cover (item 41910) are available as pan rack covers.
