The Omcan 28486 Soiled Dish Table

This Omcan soiled dishtable is the intake side of your dish pit, a stainless steel table with a built-in 20 by 20 inch sink where dishes are scraped and rinsed before they go into the dish machine. At 60 inches wide, the top runs straight for 54 inches ahead of the angled corner, so there is flat deck beside the 20 inch bowl; the bowl sits 7-1/2 inches in from the angled end. It stands 44 inches overall with the work surface at 36-1/2 inches. This is the left side version; the right side version is item 28487. Measure the wall run on the soiled side of your machine and confirm the 30-3/8 inch depth clears your aisle.

The bowl measures 20 by 20 inches and 8 inches deep, with a 3-1/2 inch drain opening in the center and corners formed to a 3/4 inch radius. Two 1-1/8 inch faucet holes are punched in the backsplash on 8 inch centers, 5 inches below the top edge of the splash. The matching stainless steel pre-rinse basket, item 28488 (19-1/2 x 19-1/2 x 5 inches), is sold separately and keeps food scraps out of the sink drain. No basket is included with the table.

18-Gauge Type 304 Stainless Steel

The table is made of 18-gauge 304 stainless steel. The unit is finished for commercial use, so minor surface marks such as dimples, scratches and scuffs are normal on this product.

Backsplash with a 2 Inch Return

The backsplash measures 10 inches from its top edge to the bottom of the front apron; above the 36-1/2 inch work surface it rises 7-1/2 inches to the 44 inch overall height. Its top edge is bent back into a 2 inch return.

Angled Corner Cut-Out

The right end of the top carries a 6 by 6 inch angled corner cut-out, leaving a straight back run of 54 inches. The front edge is rolled at a 3/4 inch radius.

Stainless Steel Legs with Bracing

The table stands on 1-5/8 inch tube legs set in 2-1/4 inches from the bowl wall. The legs are 23-5/8 inches apart front to back with a brace running between them.
