Ventilated Cooling with Dual Temperature Shelves
Two stainless steel display shelves, one at 37 by 9 inches and one at 37 by 13 inches, hold up to 33 pounds each. The ventilated cooling system maintains the cabinet between 35.6 and 53.6 degrees Fahrenheit, and a digital temperature controller on the unit lets you dial in the range that suits your product mix. Auto defrost keeps frost from building up on the coils, so you do not have to manually cycle the system. R290 refrigerant at a 148-gram charge handles the cooling load efficiently.
Safety Glass Sides with LED Lighting
Tempered safety glass panels on both sides protect the display area while giving customers a clear sightline to everything on the shelves. LED strip lighting illuminates the product without adding significant heat to the cabinet, which means the compressor works less to maintain temperature.
