This Omcan stand carries the double chamber Entry Max Series pizza oven, item 40636, on a stainless steel open frame 38.4 inches wide and 32 inches deep. It is the shorter of the two Entry Max stands: the frame itself is 27.3 inches tall, and on its adjustable feet the stand stands between 31.7 and 34.2 inches overall. The stand ships knocked down and bolts together on site, and the oven is sold separately, so order it together with item 40636. Check your floor plan for the 38.4 inch width before you commit to a spot.

This stand is compatible with item 40636, the double chamber Entry Max Series pizza oven. The single chamber Entry Max oven, item 40635, takes the taller stand, item 41600, which shares the same 38.4 by 32 inch frame. A stainless steel hood for the single and double chamber Entry Max ovens is also available, item 41607.
Stainless Steel Open Frame
The frame is stainless steel. It has four uprights, a top frame and a lower frame with a center cross member, joined at the corners with M6 x 16 screws and nuts, and open on all four sides.
Adjustable Feet or Optional Wheels
The adjustable feet add 4.4 to 6.9 inches under the frame, which puts the overall height between 31.7 and 34.2 inches. In place of the feet, an optional set of four swivel wheels, two with brakes and two without, can be fitted; casters for the Entry Max, Fuoco and Fuoco Digital stands are item 40645. On the wheels the stand stands 33.4 inches tall.
Knockdown Frame, Site Assembly
The stand bolts together where it will be used. Assembly takes twelve steps: the lower frame rails and corner brackets go together first, then the four uprights, then the top frame, all with M6 x 16 screws and nuts. The feet or wheels then bolt to triangular corner plates with M8 hardware before the oven goes on top.
