Two 8 inch wheels sit at the center of the deck, 24 inches in from the deck end, with a 4 inch caster at each corner.
Tall Tubular End Frames
Each end carries a U-shaped tubular steel frame with a center upright and two cross rails: the lower rail about 20 inches above the deck and the upper rail about 18.7 inches above that.
