Fitted to the tenderizer, it slices meat at 12 mm; the 0.5 HP tenderizer takes refrigerated, unfrozen boneless beef up to 8 inches long and 0.8 inches thick. The tenderizer is sold separately. The same kit is available in a 10 mm cut as item 45410.
