This Omcan hand sink pairs a knee valve assembly with side splashes, so water is started and stopped with a knee instead of a hand and the bowl is shielded on both sides. The 14 x 10 inch bowl sits in an 18 inch wide, 14 inch deep body that hangs on the wall, and the sink comes with a faucet and a drain basket.

Side Splashes on Both Sides of the Bowl

A splash panel rises on each side of the bowl, 11 inches tall from top edge to bottom edge, in addition to the backsplash behind it. The same sink without side splashes is available as item 46319.

Knee Valve Assembly for Hands-Free Washing

The knee-operated valve mounts under the bowl, so a cook with soiled hands runs the water without touching a handle. The valve uses a replaceable cartridge, item 28680, and the complete knee valve assembly is also offered separately as item 21123. A knee valve assembly packaged with a gooseneck faucet is item 23332.

The sink is fabricated from 18-gauge type 304 stainless steel.
