This Omcan medium stuffing horn is a stainless steel horn, mounted on a flat base plate, used to apply elastic meat netting to boneless and semi-boneless cuts of meat. Load the netting over the 4 inch front opening, then push the meat through from the wide 10.5 inch rear opening so it comes out netted. The medium horn is 26.5 inches long with an 8.25 inch expansion and takes netting sizes 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26 and 28, so match the horn to the netting you stock. The standard version of the same medium horn is item 10471. Small and large horns of this version, items 46792 and 46793, cover the rest of the range. The three sizes together take netting sizes 12 through 28.
