This 48 inch griddle plate top is an optional add-on accessory for Omcan's 6 burner outdoor propane BBQ grill, item 47841. It converts the grill into a griddle with a flat cooking surface for pancakes, bacon, quesadillas, fajitas, hamburgers, and similar foods. The grill itself is sold separately.

The plate is sized for the 48 inch grill and itself measures 46.4 inches wide by 22.5 inches deep by 6 inches tall and weighs 139 pounds. It is made from 304 stainless steel, is easy to clean and maintain, and its non-stick surface makes cleaning up after cooking easy. The same style of plate is also offered for the other grill sizes: the 30 inch and 36 inch versions are listed as items 47843 and 47844.
