This Omcan soiled dishtable puts two 20 by 20 inch pre-rinse sinks on the inlet side of your dish machine, where plates get scraped and sprayed down before they rack into the machine. The table runs 120 inches along the wall with 68 inches of open deck at the loading end, and the twin bowls sit 12 inches off the dishwasher end. Both 3-1/2 inch drain baskets come included. This is the right side version, built to sit on the right side of your dish machine; a left side version is available under item 48493. The top is 30 inches deep and the table stands 43-3/4 inches to the top of the backsplash, so measure the wall run on the soiled side of your machine and confirm the depth clears your aisle before you commit to the 120 inch length.

Each bowl measures 20 by 20 inches and runs 12 inches deep, with a 2 inch divider between the two bowls and 1-1/2 inches of deck between the bowls and the front edge. Both bowls drain through 3-1/2 inch openings, and a 3-1/2 inch drain basket is included for each one.

The table is built from 16-gauge type 304 stainless steel, with a 3 inch front apron along the length of the top and an angled corner cut-out at the dishwasher end. 68 inches of flat deck run from the outer end to the first bowl, and a 12 inch flat separates the second bowl from the dishwasher end.
10-3/4-Inch Backsplash with a 2-Inch Return
A 10-3/4 inch backsplash runs 114-3/4 inches along the back of the top, with a 2 inch return at the top. Two 1-1/8 inch faucet holes are punched in the backsplash on 8 inch centers, 5 inches above the deck, the nearer one 84 inches from the outer end of the table, so the table takes a faucet with 8 inch centers.
Bullet-Foot Legs with Stainless Steel Bracing
The table stands on 1-5/8 inch tube legs finished with stainless steel bullet feet and tied together by stainless steel leg bracing, with the legs set 18-7/8 inches apart front to back.
