The Omcan 48502 Soiled Dish Table
This Omcan soiled dishtable is the intake side of your dish pit, a stainless steel table with three built-in 20 by 20 inch pre-rinse sinks where dishes are scraped and rinsed before they go into the dish machine. Omcan offers the series in a range of sizes to fit the kitchen; this one runs 108 inches long by 30 inches deep and stands 43-3/4 inches overall to the top of the backsplash. Beyond the bowls there is 36 inches of flat deck at the right end and 12 inches at the left end, where the rear corner is cut at an angle. This is the right side version; the left side version is item 48501. Measure the wall run on the soiled side of your machine and confirm the 30 inch depth clears your aisle before you commit to the 108 inch length.
Three 20 by 20 Inch Sink Bowls, 12 Inches Deep
Each of the three bowls measures 20 by 20 inches and 12 inches deep, with a 2 inch divider between bowls and a 3-1/2 inch drain opening at the center of each. Omcan includes a 3-1/2 inch drain basket for each bowl. The bowls sit 1-1/2 inches back from the front edge of the top. Two 1-1/8 inch faucet holes are punched in the backsplash on 8 inch centers, 5 inches above the bottom of the front apron; the first hole is 62 inches from the right end of the table.
16-Gauge 304 Stainless Steel Construction
The table is built from 16-gauge, 304 stainless steel and is designed to withstand every-day operation. It is finished for use in a commercial environment, so minor surface marks such as dimples, scratches, scuffs and indents are normal on this product. The front edge measures 3 inches from its top to the bottom of the apron.
10-3/4 Inch Backsplash with a 2-Inch Return
The backsplash runs 10-3/4 inches from its top edge to the bottom of the front apron and 102-3/4 inches along the back of the table, stopping short of the angled corner at the left end. Its top edge is bent back into a 2 inch return that rises 3/4 inch. The angled corner takes 5-1/4 inches off the back edge and 8-1/4 inches off the left end, leaving a straight left edge of 21-3/4 inches from the front.
Legs with Stainless Steel Bracing and Bullet Feet
The table stands on 1-5/8 inch tube legs with stainless steel leg bracing and stainless steel bullet feet. The legs are set 18-7/8 inches apart front to back, with a brace running between them.
