The Omcan FR-CN-0013B is a 13-pan black gelato display showcase designed to beautifully present and serve ice cream, gelato, and sorbets at temperatures from 10°F to -8°F. Featuring a curved front glass panel, internal LED lighting, and dual LED temperature displays (inside and at the back), it creates an eye-catching merchandising presentation for gelato shops, ice cream parlors, and dessert stations.

5L Ice Cream Pans with Scoop Pan Included

The showcase comes complete with 13 standard 5L ice cream pans (14.2 inches by 6.5 inches by 4.5 inches) and 1 small scoop pan (6.5 inches by 7.6 inches by 2.4 inches), providing everything needed for immediate service. The digital temperature controller maintains precise freezing temperatures for optimal gelato texture and presentation.

Ventilated Cooling with Automatic Defrost

The ventilated cooling system ensures even cold air distribution across all pan positions, while the automatic defrost with heating element prevents ice buildup without manual intervention. Rear sliding doors provide easy operator access for restocking and cleaning. The unit moves easily on 4 casters (2 with brakes) and operates on 110-120V single-phase power via a NEMA 5-20P plug.
