Each crystal-clear polycarbonate bowl sits on a stainless steel unibody base, and a magnetic impeller inside each bowl keeps the drink mixed and moving without the noise or mechanical wear of a paddle system.
Magnetic Impeller Stirring System
Unlike paddle-style dispensers that rely on a motor shaft running through a seal into the bowl, the Arctic Deluxe uses a magnetically driven impeller with no physical connection between the motor and the liquid. That eliminates the most common failure point in juice dispensers and makes disassembly for cleaning faster because there is no shaft seal to work around. The impeller creates a gentle vortex that keeps pulp-free beverages uniformly mixed and visually appealing to customers walking past the drink station.
Shockproof Polycarbonate Bowls with Removable Faucets
Each 5.3-gallon bowl is made from food-grade polycarbonate that resists impacts from the bumps and knocks of a busy buffet line or self-serve drink station. The faucets are removable for thorough cleaning at the end of each day. A hermetically sealed compressor running on R134a refrigerant keeps all 4 bowls cold, and the entire unit runs on a standard 115V outlet at 410 watts.
