The Omcan 49149 Pasta Cooker Basket
This is the full size 1/1 pasta basket for Omcan's Trento pasta cookers, items 49097, 49098, 49099 and 49100. It is the largest basket in the range and takes the whole well on its own. The basket is rectangular with a finely perforated body and two handles, one at each end, each with a black grip. The cooker is sold separately.
The basket measures 20 in by 12 in by 9 in (508 x 305 x 229 mm) and weighs 7 lb (3.1 kg). Omcan publishes no material for it. The same range runs half, third and sixth size baskets under items 49150, 49106, 49107, 49108 and 49151, so one well can instead hold two half baskets, three thirds, or mixes of thirds and sixths.
