This is the half size 1/2 pasta basket for Omcan's Trento pasta cookers, items 49097, 49098, 49099, and 49100. Two of them fill one well, so two batches can cook side by side. The basket is rectangular with a double handle, one at each end, and a finely perforated body. The cooker is sold separately.
The basket measures 10 in by 12 in by 9 in and weighs 3 lb. The same range runs 1/1, 1/3, and 1/6 baskets under items 49149, 49106, 49107, 49108, and 49151 if you want to divide the well differently.
