The Omcan 80986 Ingredient Bin
This Omcan ingredient bin set puts your flour, sugar, and other dry ingredients on wheels, two bins per pack, each holding 27 gallons (102 liters). Commercial kitchens, grocery stores, and supermarkets keep large amounts of dry ingredients in them under counters or in storage spaces, then roll them from one kitchen work area to another. Each bin carries up to 197 pounds of sugar or 154 pounds of flour. A 32 ounce scoop rides in every bin, and the clear sliding cover lets a line cook identify what is inside without opening anything. Some assembly is required, and 32 bolts are included.
Two 27 Gallon Bins per Pack
You get two complete bins in the pack, each with its own body, white frame section, clear sliding cover, scoop and four casters. At 29-1/2 by 16 by 29-1/4 inches each, they are sized for storage under counters and in storage spaces, and they roll out for mobile storage anywhere in the kitchen area. The stackable design lets the bins nest for storage.

The cover and scoop are polycarbonate, while the body is polypropylene. The clear, see-through front cover makes it simple to identify the ingredient at a glance while keeping foods fresh longer.

Scoop Handle That Stays out of the Food

Braked 3 Inch Casters for Mobile Storage
Each bin rolls on four 3 inch plate casters, two swivel casters with brakes and two fixed, which make the bin a breeze to move from one kitchen work area to another. A smaller 21 gallon version of the set is also available under item 80985, and a replacement lid for this bin is listed as AS228.
