The BC-CN-0005 runs two core cycles: a blast chill that drops cooked food from 194°F down to 37.4°F in 90 minutes, and a shock freeze cycle that takes it all the way to -0.4°F in 240 minutes. Both cycles meet HACCP guidelines for safe rapid cooling. A membrane switch panel on the front gives you direct access to cycle selection, temperature readout, and timer settings without any complicated menu navigation. When a cycle finishes, the unit holds at its target temperature so you are not racing back to unload pans the moment the timer beeps.

Cyclopentane Insulation and R290 Refrigerant
