The tank heats water to 230 degrees Fahrenheit (110 degrees Celsius) in under 20 minutes from a cold start, and powerful tubular heating elements keep the water at a rolling boil even when you drop in a full basket of cold pasta.

Six Included Baskets for Portion Cooking

Four round baskets and two rectangular baskets come with the unit, letting you cook several types of pasta or vegetables simultaneously without mixing them. Each basket holds a single portion, so your line cook can drop four different orders at once and pull each one when it is done. This eliminates the need to fish individual portions out of a single large pot, reducing mistakes during a busy dinner rush. The stainless steel 304 construction resists corrosion from the constant water and steam exposure that would degrade lesser materials quickly.

Front-Access Drain with Thermostatic Control

A built-in front door provides easy access to the drain and refill valves, so cleaning and water changes happen quickly without pulling the unit away from the wall or reaching over boiling water.
