The Omcan CE-CN-0007-N is a countertop hot dog roller grill with a mid-sized unit with 7 stainless steel rollers. The extra two rollers over the 5-roller model give you enough capacity to keep a steady supply during moderate traffic periods at gas station food counters, movie theater concessions, or cafeteria lines. Each roller is 17.9" long, which fits standard-length hot dogs and most sausage sizes without hanging over the edges.
Separate Front and Back Zone Temperature Control
The roller surface is split into two independently controlled temperature zones, front and back, each with its own heat dial adjustable from 0-250 degrees. This lets you run the back rollers at a higher temperature to cook raw dogs faster while keeping the front rollers at a lower holding temperature for finished product that is ready to serve. During slow periods, you can turn the front zone down to save energy and prevent overcooking the dogs that are already done. A heating indicator light on each zone confirms the element is active so you know at a glance whether both zones are up to temperature.
Stainless Steel Rollers with Removable Drip Tray
The rollers are stainless steel, which resists corrosion from the salt and grease that hot dogs release during cooking. The continuous rolling motion keeps the dogs turning evenly so they brown on all sides without flat spots or burnt seams. A removable drip tray underneath catches excess grease and drippings, which slides out for cleaning without having to move the entire unit. Non-skid rubber feet keep the grill stable on the counter. An optional sneeze guard (sold separately, item 44153) is available to cover the roller surface for self-serve environments where health codes require a food shield.
